1. Membership Tiers Overview
The Linkind Membership Program consists of five tiers, determined by the total XP earned under a single account:
Tier 1 (Iron): XP below 200
Tier 2 (Bronze): XP 200–499
Tier 3 (Silver): XP 500–999
Tier 4 (Gold): XP 1000–2999
Tier 5 (Platinum): XP 3000–3999
Tier 6 (Emerald): XP 4000–4999
Tier 7 (Sapphire): XP 5000–5999
Tier 8 (Diamond): XP 6000–6999
Tier 9 (Black Diamond): XP 7000–7999
Tier 10 (Titan): XP 8000 and above
Membership tier is calculated automatically based on accumulated XP and updated in real time.
2. How to Level Up Your Membership Tier
Users can earn XP by exploring AiDot app features, binding devices, and completing eligible activities in LightLab and the Community.
Once the required XP threshold is reached, the membership tier will be upgraded automatically without manual application.
3. Membership Benefits Categories
Membership benefits are grouped into the following categories: Saving, Support, and Gift & Event. Benefits vary by tier and are unlocked progressively.

(1)Standard Warranty:
All members receive the standard manufacturer's warranty based on product type.
Typically, light bulbs include a 12-month warranty, while appliances may vary.
(2)Extended Warranty:
Tier 4 members receive an additional 6-month warranty upon product activation.
Tier 5 members and above receive an additional 12-month warranty upon product activation.
Extended warranty benefits are applied automatically after product activation and do not require manual claims.
(3)Standard Returns and Exchange Support:
Standard return and exchange policies apply in accordance with Linkind’s official store and platform rules.
(4)VIP Returns and Exchange Support
Tier 4 Members
Eligible for up to two free returns or exchanges per month, with access to fast-track return and exchange service.
Tier 5 Members and above
Eligible for up to three free returns or exchanges per month, with access to fast-track return and exchange service.
