1. Make sure the camera is in pairing mode: green light is flashing.
2. On the Home page, tap the Plus icon>Add Device>Scan the QR code on the device.
3. If you can't add the device by scanning the QR code, try "Manually Add": select Surveillance>Winees Spotlight Cam/Winees Cam mini/Winees Cam M2, click "I Can't scan." Then, follow the instructions on App.
Please note: The camera does not support WPA3 router encryption. If your router is set with WPA3 encryption, please change it to WPA2 in the router settings, and then try to add a camera.
